How To Make Payments on the GM Business Card™
- Online or through a mobile app: You can pay your GM Business Card™ electronically by logging into your online account at marcus.com or on the Marcus by Goldman Sachs® App, which is available for iOS and Android users. Make a one-time payment or set up automatic payments.
- AutoPay: You can set up automatic payments to occur weekly, semimonthly, or monthly. To do this, log in at marcus.com or on the app, click into the GM account to see your account details, select “Set up AutoPay,” and then follow the prompts.
- Electronic funds transfer (EFT): You can make payments by EFT, which allows the issuer to initiate one or more electronic debits from a deposit account that you specify.
- Electronic check conversion of payments: If you pay by check, you authorize the issuer to use the information on your check to either create a one-time EFT to your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.
- Phone: Call the customer service hotline at (833) 773-0988 and follow the prompts.
- Mail: Mail your checks to the address found below the 16-digit card number on the memo line of your statement credit. Note that payments sent by mail will be processed within seven to 10 business days and will be credited as of the date they’re received:
