Four Upgraded Bookings per Year
Southwest will reimburse you each anniversary year for the purchase of up to four upgraded boardings, which are boarding positions A1 through A15. Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
When you use your Chase credit card to rent a car, Chase provides reimbursement for damage due to collision or theft up to the actual cash value of most rental vehicles. Only rentals of 31 consecutive days or less are covered. This is primary coverage, which means you don’t have to file a claim with your own personal auto insurance or accept the rental company’s insurance. This does not cover expensive, exotic, and antique automobiles, vans, trucks, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles.
Baggage Delay Insurance
You are covered with baggage daily insurance if your checked luggage is delayed or misdirected by a carrier for more than six hours. You and your immediate family members will be eligible for a $100-per-day benefit for up to three days. Items that are excluded from this coverage are prosthetics, jewelry, tickets, cash, and electronic equipment.
Purchase protection covers new purchases against theft or damage for the first 120 days after purchase. Chase may repair, replace, or reimburse you up to $10,000 per item and $50,000 per year. Animals and living plants, motorized vehicles, computer software, jewelry, medical equipment, consumables, real estate, and items for resale are not covered.
Extended Warranty Protection
The Southwest Rapid Rewards® Performance Business credit card offers an extended warranty of up to one additional year of coverage on warranties of three years or less. Items that are excluded from this protection are motorized vehicles, computer software, medical equipment, real estate, rented items, and preowned items.
Travel Accident Insurance
When you use your Southwest business credit card to pay for your air, bus, train, or cruise transportation, you and your immediate family members are eligible for travel accident insurance up to $500,000. Incidents that are covered included loss of life, limbs, sight, speech, or hearing. To be eligible, the travel fares should have been paid for entirely using your card or with your Southwest rewards.
Lost Baggage Reimbursement
The Southwest Rapid Rewards® Performance Business credit card provides lost luggage reimbursement up to $3,000 on any lost carry-on baggage or checked baggage while in transit. That coverage also includes a benefit up to $500 for jewelry, watches, cameras, video recorders, and other electronic equipment.
