How to Redeem PNC Travel Rewards Visa® Business Credit Card Rewards

Use your PNC Travel Rewards Visa® Business Credit Card to purchase airline or cruise tickets, rent a car, book hotel stays, and receive monetary credit. Note that you’ll need to contact PNC Bank within 60 days after the purchases were posted to your account to receive the credit:

  • Air travel redemption: Redeem 25,000 miles for a monetary credit to your account, up to a maximum price of $315. An additional credit of $50 for every 5,000 miles you redeem will be given to you. Note that the monetary credit amount must not exceed the total cost of the airline ticket purchases.
  • Cruise, rental car, and hotel stay redemption: Receive a credit of $50 for every 5,000 miles you redeem. There is no limit on the number of miles you can redeem in each calendar year.
  • Monetary credit redemption: Call 800-558-8472 or go to www.pnc.com/travelrewards to redeem your earned miles for monetary credit. Note that you’ll receive a $40 monetary credit for every 5,000 miles you redeem on your account.

  • Extended protection: Doubles the original manufacturer’s United States warranty, up to a maximum of one additional year, on warranties of three years or less.
  • Purchase security: Covers eligible items purchased with this card. Visa® will replace, repair, or reimburse you for items that are damaged or stolen within the first 90 days of purchase.

Cash management

  • Cash Flow Insight®: Monitor and plan your cash flow, send invoices via email, get paid online, and manage payables. PNC Bank’s Spend Analysis tool will assign business categories automatically to your credit card transactions to help you track your expenses so that you can plan a budget for your future business needs.
  • Online account management: Check your current balance, monitor cash flow, and view pending transactions online. Plus, control your employee cards by setting individual spending limits. You can also make payments online, schedule recurring payments, and add, activate, or close cards.
