- Online or Chase Mobile® app: Go to chase.com/paycard to make a payment online. You can also enroll in automatic payments through the website or iOS or Android mobile app. When you enroll, specify the deposit account from which your payment will be deducted and how much you’d like to pay—such as your statement balance, minimum payment due, or any fixed amount.
- Phone: Call the automated phone service at (800) 436-7958.
