Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What are the other ways to receive United miles?

Besides earning miles on your purchases, you can earn miles by flying with UnitedSM, United Express®, Star Alliance™, and other airline partners. You can also earn miles from MileagePlus partners for hotel stays and car rentals, online shopping, eGift card purchases, and using the MileagePlus X app to pay at your favorite restaurants and retailers.

Use your card to pay at MileagePlus partners to maximize your earnings—you’ll earn miles for card purchases plus the miles offered by the partner.

Will my United miles expire?

The miles you earned will not expire as long as your account remains open and in good standing. However, you may lose the miles that were not transferred to your United account if your account status changes or if your account is closed due to misuse, failure to pay, fraudulent activities, and other reasons.

Bottom Line

United ClubSM Business Card is an ideal travel card for business owners who often fly with United Airlines, want to use the United Club lounges, and have their bags checked. It offers several travel perks, including free checked bags, comprehensive travel and purchase coverages, and Premier Access® travel services.

Note that other small business cards give you and your companions access to more than a thousand airport lounges, charge a lower annual fee, and offer better travel rewards.
