There are no caps or restrictions on how many Bonus Points you can earn in your top three spend categories. You’ll see your Bonus Points within one to two billing statements after the quarter ends. Note that you can still expect to earn 2x Bonus Points in your top two categories past Dec. 31, 2023.
You can redeem points for free nights, room upgrades (starting at 3,000 points), convert miles with World of Hyatt’s airline partners, and more. You can also do the Points + Cash award to get 50% of the points required for a free night and 50 to 70% off the Standard Rate. Note that points redeemed for this award will be taken out of your World of Hyatt account at the time of booking.
How To Make Payments on the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card
- Online or Chase Mobile® app: Go to www.chase.com/paycard to make a payment online. You can also enroll in automatic payments through the website or the iOS or Android mobile app. When you enroll, specify the deposit account from which your payment will be deducted and how much you’d like to pay, such as your statement balance, minimum payment due, or any fixed amount.
- Phone: Call the automated phone service at (800) 436-7958.
- Western Union: Use the Code City WALNUT when paying via Western Union. It may take up to seven days for the payment to be reflected in your account.
- In-person: Go to the nearest Chase ATM or branch.
- Mail or money order: Include your name and full account number on your check or money order—don’t send cash. Mail your payment to the following address:

Travel Insurance and Protection
- Auto rental collision damage waiver: You can decline the rental company’s collision insurance and charge the whole rental cost to your World of Hyatt Business Credit Card. Note that coverage is primary and will provide reimbursement up to the actual cash value of the vehicle for theft or collision damage for most rental cars in the United States and abroad.
- Extend warranty protection: This lets you extend the period of the US manufacturer’s warranty by an additional year on eligible warranties of three years or less.
- Purchase protection: This covers your new purchases for 120 days against damage or theft, up to $10,000 per claim and $50,000 per account.
- Roadside dispatch: Call (800) 847-2869 anytime if you have a roadside emergency—from a tow or jumpstart to a tire change, lockout service, winching, and gas delivery. Note that roadside service fees will be provided when you call and will be billed to your card.
- Travel and emergency assistance services: You can call the benefit administrator for legal and medical referrals or other travel and emergency assistance.
- Trip cancellation/interruption insurance: You can be reimbursed for up to $1,500 per person and $6,000 per trip for your prepaid, nonrefundable passenger fares if your trip is canceled or cut short by sickness, severe weather, and other covered situations.
